Mondo Nougat Cherry Nougat Bar (45g)

One of Mondo Nougat's multi-award winning range of nougat bars in the 2019 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show. This Coffee Nougat Bar is a soft nougat in a new convenient snack sized bar, with all of the flavour you would expect and the only crunch being from the double-roasted almonds studded through.

Each bar is approximately 45g.

Ingredients: almonds, cane sugar, honey, glucose (maize), egg whites, cherry flake [(cherry puree, apple puree, pear puree), sugar, glycerol, gluten free wheat fibre, vegetable fat, pectin, acidity regulator (malic acid), natural flavours], rice paper (potato starch, olive oil). May contain traces of other nuts.
