British Flag Whirls - Pk 12

Be it any classic, traditional British event or an ‘around the world’ themed party, these whirls are apt to be hanged in any of such occasions. The whirls come in 3 colors – red, white, and green. While some whirls are plain, the rest have tiny cardstock British flags attached at the bottoms. The whirls range from 44.45cm to 78.5cm.
