1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Party Source website (partysource.com.au) and any purchases you make. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We endeavour to display accurate product information, but minor variations in colour and appearance may occur between the product and its online representation.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is priced incorrectly, we will contact you before processing the order.
Product availability is subject to stock levels. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and gift cards.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect address, or circumstances beyond our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Click & Collect Collection Window

Click & Collect orders must be collected within 7 days of the date we notify you the order is ready. During peak events (for example Book Week and Halloween) the collection window may be shorter, and in the final week before an event the advertised collect-by date applies instead. We will send reminders by email and/or SMS before the deadline. Orders not collected by the deadline may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method, less a non-collection fee of 15% of the amount paid, which covers picking, holding and restocking. You may cancel a Click & Collect order free of charge at any time before the collection deadline; after the deadline the non-collection fee applies. 6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of purchase (Australian Consumer Law).
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by law.
No post-purchase fees apply.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless you can provide proof of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, logos, design) is owned by Party Source or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Party Source is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
