Click & Collect — always free
Order online and pick it up from our Canning Vale store at no charge. It's the fastest, cheapest way to get your order — and there's no minimum spend.
- Place your order online and choose Click & Collect at checkout.
- Orders are typically ready within 2 business hours. Items stocked in our warehouse rather than on the shop floor are ready the next business day— we'll show you the exact pickup day at checkout. Either way, we'll let you know the moment it's ready to collect.
- Bring your order confirmation and photo ID to the counter.
- Party supplies ordered before 3:30pm on a trading day are usually ready for same-day pickup.
Filled & helium balloons are Click & Collect only— inflated balloons can't be posted, so they're always made fresh and collected in store. When you add filled balloons you'll book a pickup time slot that suits you, and we have them inflated and ready for that window.
Collection window. Please collect your order within 7 daysof the email or SMS telling you it's ready. During peak events such as Book Week and Halloween that window may shorten, and in the final week before an event we'll show an advertised collect-by date— that date applies instead. We'll send you reminders well before the deadline, so it never comes as a surprise. If an order still isn't collected by then we cancel it and refund it, less a 15% non-collection fee (of the amount paid) covering the picking, holding and restocking. Changed your mind? Cancelling any time before the deadline is always free — use the cancel button on Track your order, or just get in touch.
Australia-wide delivery
We ship Australia-wide from our Canning Vale, Perth WA store via Australia Post. Delivery is priced by zone — the exact rate for your address is calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to Perth Metro orders over $99.

Express shipping is available to Perth Metro and Interstate Metro addresses only. For our Regional & Remote zone the $39 rate covers most orders, but for genuinely remote destinations the final freight may be higher — if so, we'll contact you to confirm before we dispatch.
Dispatch & delivery times
Orders are packed and dispatched from our Canning Vale store. Orders placed before 12pm (Perth time) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; orders placed later, on weekends or public holidays go out the next business day.
Once dispatched, delivery time depends on Australia Post and your destination — generally a few business days for metro areas and longer for regional and remote locations. Delivery times are estimates only and can be longer during peak periods (Halloween, Christmas, Easter) and around public holidays.
Items that can't be posted
A small number of products can't be sent by post and are available for in-store purchase or free Click & Collect only:
- Pickup only:certain aerosols, pressurised or oversized items, and inflated balloons are classed as pickup-only and can't be shipped anywhere. If your cart contains one of these, delivery options are replaced with free Click & Collect.
- Perth delivery only:a handful of items can be delivered within the Perth metro area only. Outside Perth metro, these are available for Click & Collect.
We'll always tell you in your cart and at checkout when an item is pickup-only or Perth-only, so there are no surprises.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with Australia Post tracking details so you can follow your delivery to the door.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
