Where can I pick up my order?
Pickup is available from 7/259-261 Bannister Road, Canning Vale WA 6155.
How quickly are pickup orders ready?
Most pickup orders are ready within 2 business hours during store hours. Items stocked in our warehouse rather than on the shop floor are ready the next business day — checkout shows the exact pickup day. Balloon orders may need extra preparation time.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Perth metro delivery and Australia-wide shipping options are shown during checkout where available.
Can I order helium balloons online?
Yes. Balloon arrangements can be ordered online for pickup, with available designs shown in the balloons section.
What is your returns policy?
Returns and refunds are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.
