How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 5 business days before your event. Balloon bouquets need 24 hours notice for pickup.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Trade and corporate customers get 10-15% off. Contact us for custom quotes on large orders.
Can I collect in store?
Absolutely. Our Canning Vale store is open Mon-Sat 9am-5pm. Click & Collect is free.
Do you deliver helium balloons?
Helium balloons are pickup only from our Canning Vale store. They stay inflated for 12-18 hours with standard treatment, or 2-3 days with Hi-Float.
