These 2 food-safe foam pads are 15cm squares, one in white and one in blue. They are designed for use with fondants, gumpastes or marzipan to create edible flowers, leaves and other details in cake decorating.

Washable and non-stick. Ideal for shaping, cupping and veining fondant flowers and leaves.

The white pad is approximately 12mm thick, to be used for thinning the edges of individual flower petals with a ball tool, carving delicate leaf veins, or making ruffled details.

The blue pad is approximately 18mm thick, designed for cupping the centre of fondant flowers.
