A bright white melt-and-squeeze chocolate for drip cakes, drizzles and dipping - and a clean base for mixing your own colours.

• Easy-melt chocolate in a squeeze bottle - melt in the microwave or in boiling water, then drip, drizzle or dip
• Also for chocolate moulds, cake pops, strawberries, cookies, macarons and ice cream
• Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight; shelf stable for up to 2 years (Colour Mill)
• Mix with Colour Mill Oil Blend (sold separately) to make new colours

Ingredients: Sugar, Vegetable Fats & Oils, Emulsifiers (E322, E433, E492), Whey Powder, Flavours, Antioxidant (E307, E307B), Milk Solids, Cream Powder, Glycerol (E422), Canola Oil and Colours (E171)

Allergens: contains milk (whey powder, milk solids, cream powder).

Melting: remove the lid and seal. Microwave 20 seconds and squeeze the bottle to break up the contents, microwave another 20 seconds and shake, then heat in 10 second bursts until fully melted. Do not overheat. Or stand the bottle in a jug of boiling water for about 10 minutes, shaking regularly, and keep water out of the bottle. Can be reheated until used up.
